SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CONFERENCE OF

HEADS OF GOVERNMENT OF 

THE CARIBBEAN COMMUNITY

13 – 14 NOVEMBER 2003

CASTRIES, ST. LUCIA  

     The Prime Minister will lead a delegation to the Special Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community from 12 - 15 November 2003 in Castries, Saint Lucia. 
  
     His delegation will include the Hon. Fred Mitchell, Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Public Service, the Hon. Leslie Miller, Minister of Trade and Industry, Senator the Honourable James Smith, the Minister of State for Finance, H.E. Leonard Archer, High Commissioner to CARICOM, Mr. Hank Ferguson, Administrative Cadet, Ministry of Trade and Industry. 

     Minister Miller and Administrative Cadet Ferguson will depart Nassau for Saint Lucia on Tuesday 11, November 2003.

     The Prime Minister, Minister Mitchell, Minister Smith, High Commissioner Archer and Inspector Cunningham will depart Nassau for Saint Lucia on today Wednesday, 12 2003.  

      The delegation will return on Saturday, 15 November 2003.
