Philip Miller, Under Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs visited China from September 2 to September 12, 2003 to attend the "China-Caribbean Workshop for Ministerial, Economic and Administrative Officials" in Beijing and the 7th China International Fair for Investment and Trade, in Xiamen.

At the Fair, Mr Miller gave an address on Tuesday September 9, during the "Symposium on Investment in Caribbean Countries and Business Matchmaking for Caribbean Countries" His topic was the "Climate for Investment and Trade in The Commonwealth of The Bahamas".
