OAS FELLOWSHIPS
The following is a list of documents that MUST
accompany all applications:-
1. Passport photo (3)
2. Completed application form (OAS form 098)
3. Completed Study and Development Objectives Form
4. Three (3) Recommendations using OAS recommendation
forms.
For Graduate scholarships, one of the 3 recommendations must be
from an employer or supporting institution unless the applicant is
not currently or has never been employed
5. Notarized copy of diploma for highest degree obtained
6. Official transcript of grades obtained for the highest degree
completed (Associate, Bachelors or Masters Degree)
7. Current transcript from academic program in which currently
enrolled, if applicable
8. Recent medical certificate (six months or less)
9. A copy of data pages, together with the visa section of
applicant (s) passport
Completed applications and documentation should
be submitted to The Bahamas Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the

Please note that the deadline for receipt of
application forms in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is 28th
February, 2007.
NB: In accordance with OAS requirements all
applicants that meet the above criteria are interviewed in Nassau by
the National Pre-Selection Committee before final submission to the
OAS.
