MITCHELL OFF TO REGIONAL DEFENCE CONFERENCE

The Honourable Fred Mitchell, Minister of Foreign Affairs & The
Public Service traveled to Barbados, Tuesday 30th November
2004. Minister Mitchell represented Deputy Prime Minister and
Minister of National Security, the Hon. Cynthia Pratt as head of The
Bahamas delegation to UK-Caricom Security Conference which was held
in Bridgetown.
Minister
Mitchell was accompanied by the Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of
National Security, Mr. Mark Wilson. The delegation is expected to
return today.
