The Cabinet Office announces for the public information that Her Majesty
the Queen has assented to the appointment of the Honourable Paul
Lawrence Adderley with effect from Wednesday 30th November,
2005 to act as Governor-General of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas,
consequent upon the retirement of Dame Ivy Dumont D.C.M.G.
