French Ambassador Visits Bahamas

His Excellency Pierre-Antoine Berniard, Ambassador of the Republic of France to The Bahamas arrived in Nassau on Monday, November 3, for a three-day official visit that will include calls on the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs; the Honourable Allyson Maynard-Gibson, Minister of Financial Services and Investments; and Senator the Honourable James Smith, Minister of State for Finance.

The Ambassador is accompanied by Mr. Frédéric Méttetal, Trade Commissioner and Mr. Stéphane Latouche, Financial Counsellor.

They are scheduled to leave Nassau tomorrow, November 5.
