Dame Ivy To Demit Office

The Cabinet Office has announced for general information that to mark the demission of office by Her Excellency Dame Ivy Dumont, D.C.M.G., Governor-General of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, on 30th November, 2005, a State Ceremony of farewell to Her Excellency Dame Ivy Dumont will be held during a joint sitting of the House of Assembly and Senate in the Senate Chamber at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 30 November, 2005.
