Bahamas' Embassy in  China Address

I am pleased to announce that, after almost three months since my arrival in China, charged with the responsibility of establishing, for the first time, a permanent and full-fledged diplomatic presence in the Far East, the Embassy of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas in Beijing is now fully operational.

The Embassy’s address and contact information are as follows:

4th Floor, Tayuan Diplomatic Office Building
14 Liang Ma He Nan Lu,
Chaoyang District
Beijing, China, 100600
Telephone: 011-86-10-6532-2922
Facsimile:   011-86-10-6532-2304
E-mail: china@mfabahamas.org

Apart from the traditional, international political representation of The Bahamas in the People’s Republic of China, a primary function of the Embassy will be to serve as an oasis, assisting the growing number of Bahamian entrepreneurs, who visit China on a regular basis, in their attempts to source a wide range of competitively-priced, high-quality goods, as well as to form joint ventures with Chinese investors seeking profitable investment opportunities in the Bahamian economy.

Over the past three months a significant amount of financial resources and human effort has been invested by the Government of The Bahamas in this initiative, to ensure that the Embassy would be able to meet the demands placed on it and provide first-class service for Bahamian government officials, businessmen, students and vacationers visiting China and neighboring countries.

Bahamians are therefore invited to take full advantage of the facilities offered by the Embassy in Beijing.
