Saturday: Royal Bahamas Police Force Band in concert at 11:00 a.m.

Opening Ceremony at 12:00 noon:  Royal Bahamas Police Force Band; Parade of Nations; Indian Prayer Dance; Brief remarks by the Hon. Fred Mitchell, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Presentation of Regional Booth Trophies.  Cultural presentations follow and continue throughout the afternoon. (See attached)

             Sunday: Royal Bahamas Defence Force Band in concert at 11:00 a.m. Cultural presentations begin at 12:30 p.m. and continue throughout the afternoon.  Closing Ceremony at 5:00 p.m. Introduction of International Cultural Committee Members.  Presentation of trophies to Overall Booth Competition

Cultural Presentations by: Greece, Cuba, Scotland, India, Jamaica, Philippines, Tri-Island State (Grenada, Carriacou, Petit Martinique), Bahamas, Latin America, Japan, Nigeria, Turks & Caicos, Dominican Republic, Indonesia, among many others.

For the children: Adventure Learning (Animals), Girl Guides Kiddie Corner, Bouncing Castle, U. S. A. grab bag.

HURRICANE RELIEF: $1.00 from the adult admission will go to the ICC’s Hurricane Relief Fund in support of The Bahamas Red Cross. Omega Psi Phi Fraterntiy will collect canned items at the gates for distribution through their Fraternity to Family Islands victims.
